Quality
Chuangsen has abundant production strength and capability by owning 100 million working capital and several professional experts who have been engaged in the research of this industry for nealy twenty years. Of course, we can not absolutely gurantee that the quality of our products will be 100% satisfied by all customers. What we can promise, however, is that Chuangsen will deliver the final products will be the 100% same products as we have advertised and as the samples been sent. This is largely because the CEO of Chuangsen is one of the strongest opponents of faking and adulterating. These are the key reason that Chuangsen has been largely successful in the market.
Price
The price of our products is closely associated with the extra cost of producing an extra unit of output. By this policy, we charge, for each product unit sold, only the addition to total cost resulting from materials and direct labor. We often set prices close to marginal cost to win more customers. If, for example, an item has a marginal cost of $1.00, we selling the item might wish to lower the price to $1.10.. We choose this approach because the incremental profit of 10 cents will be accumulated as our customers are increasing, and in most times we make profit, despite the price of our products is lower than our competitors .
Service
Chuangsen always trying best to obey the signed contract and deliver products in time. Nevertheless, problems do happen sometimes. Therefore, we hired 2 groups of 4 customer services which are available to answer phone calls and reply emails 16 hours a day, 6 days a week . All of them are highly trained and able to communicate in English and understand the various standards and regulations of different countries. If a problem is identified, they will take action to solve it in the shortest time.
